Method for setting commissioning parameters of constant pressure water supply variable frequency control cabinet



1. Preparation before debugging
System check: Confirm that the pressure sensor wiring is correct and the feedback signal is normal (such as 4-20mA analog output)
Parameter backup: Back up the current parameters through the inverter operation interface to avoid system abnormalities caused by debugging errors.
2. Core parameter settings
PID parameters:
Proportional coefficient (P): The initial value is recommended to be set at 50%, and it should be gradually adjusted according to pressure fluctuations
Integration time (I): Typically set to 2-5 seconds to eliminate steady-state error
Differential time (D): Set it to 0.1-0.5 seconds to suppress overshoot
Pressure calibration:
Enter the parameter menu (such as P03), and set the pressure range according to the sensor range (such as 0-10kg)
Adjust the target pressure value (e.g. 5kg) using the up and down arrows, save it, and exit.
Frequency limitation:
Set the upper limit frequency to 50Hz and the lower limit frequency to 5Hz to avoid motor overload or idling.
